Penny was bad luck. He was very effective when he played and he had no history of injuries. But he just couldn't stay healthy.

Yeah, concur. He was the best of the bad 1st/2nd rounders because on occasion at least he showed the talent that go him drafted that early. Larger point is unchanged, however.
