No, I didn't, cocksucker
wow..awesome comeback, sis.
did you finish your chores?
No, I didn't, cocksucker
Giants haven't done many high ticket buys, it really hasn't been their style. And many haven't worked out.
Zito and Rowand for starters.
Even Pagan didn't really work out well.
And yet through all that...they still somehow managed to win 3 titles in 6 yrs.
Something clearly hasn't been working out too good for them...
Also:
Probably call Cleveland the AL faves again if this happens.
yep. Not to mention Cody Ross. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than goodSome of it has been dumb luck. hitting over .400 on short fly balls in the WS is dumb luck.
Guys like Burrell, Huff, and Rentawreck magically having one last good year after being beyond awful for multiple years is simply luck.
Once year Bumgarner freaking just willed them to it. Flat out did it on his own. He threw more innings than the rest of the SPs combined...just think about that for a second...lol.
They also built their pen for years with immense flexibility. Bochy was doing the Francona basically before Francona this year.
Sox acquire Tyler Thornburg from the Brewers for Travis Shaw, Josh Pennington and Mauricio Dubon. Dubon's the most intriguing of the three IMO.

If Carson Smith can come back healthy by mid-season, the Sox could have a pretty nice 7-8-9 trio of Smith/Thornburg/Kimbrel.
Yeah. As much as I like Dubon, there wasn't exactly a spot for him with 2B/SS/OF taken up.
Especially with those silly boat shoes.Dude looks like a god damn crack addict.
Sox reportedly talking to Mitch Moreland. Bleh.
he'd be a good platoon partner for Chris Young. I guess.
