Melvin Gordan is the obvious answer. Stays healthy and he will get 300 touches which will easily put him over 1000+ yards.
The one wild card of course will be how quickly Jameis Winston transitions to the league. He likely will get all 16 starts and he would have to be pretty bad for him to throw for less than 3200+ yards with his WR's.
I don't see any other obvious choices. The best WR went to a QB challenged team (Cooper), the other WR that is NFL ready went to a place where he will have to fight for targets (White), Gurley is likely to be put on a SEVERE pitch count this year (doubt he tops 200 touches). Parker is a possession WR not a game breaker which means a huge season from him is really unlikely. TJ Yeldon could sneak into the conversation I suppose.
