Yeah that fiber sticks with you. I get the some result from the loaded Oatmeal I makeSugar Corn Pops.
Still eat them to this day, when my wife lets me buy them.
When we couldn't buy Pops, I was a Nabisco Shredded Wheat guy. Stayed with me through school mornings until lunch.
I have not tried them, may be a healthy option I eat raisin bran crunch now a dayI got this one!!!!!

Believe it or not, I also loved Grape Nuts. I bet most of you have not even tried them.....

Truth be told, all these "cereals" should have had the same name and that's just "Sugar".
