With defenses getting lighter but faster how do you feel the use of a big bruising RB could effect players of that build? Can power football change the way a teams defense may have to play?

Power football can certainly make a difference - but not all the time against all the teams.
What will make this Patriots team successful will be it's ability to improvise a game plan on offense and defense that will create the greatest risks for the opponent.

Just seems to me BB loading up on TEs last year, RBs this and last year Josh being gone, I am left wondering if we will see more effort to use the run game.

I don't know about more effort but better effort?
We got speed on offense and defense. Taking that into account is going to free up the box!

Reading through the responses I don't have much new to add. Maybe alternative toppings and eating vehicles (alternatives to rolls)... Avocado spread suggested somewhere else comes to mind and pita bread for "rolling" the burgers (and not the flour tortilla shit that isn't good for you AND tastes bad). Add in possibly lightly steamed collard greens as a roll up option, though there may not be many takers.
