you make a good move in firing mac but you hire back lemaire? i guess if he didnt lose the entire team last year maybe just maybe this year he can? wouldnt it be better to bring someone in who you believe would be around AFTER next season? you know since the season is lost it would give them half a year to get their system down and thus hit the ground running next year?

LOL nah wasnt that (#1 department in the entire company, its sad that I'm proud of that). It was a job closer to home, about $1.50 more/hr, commison, and an extra day off while still getting 40 hours if I wanted.

WOW! Put this one in the books Cup, I finally agree with on something since some time.
Like I posted in the other thread, I remember Lemaire's post game press conference in the playoffs where he stated that they worked on the power play in practice to do certain things and then in the game the players do something different.

ok your the one that said you dont take any job thrown at you if your out of work right? im just showing you how stupid that is...besides that on a job level where people base your success off of what you've done last (like say an nhl headcoach) its a win/win for the next devils coach. fail and hey that team is a bunch of coach killers and they were last place when he got there....do good and your the guy that turned around the last place team....seeeeee where im going? prob not but thats ok
