This game is over. Half back pass. On to next season. Fins were lucky to still be in it at this point in this season and at this point in the game.

Our luck has run its course

The Jets will win because we will get the ball next, do nothing with it and the Jets will be smart and just run the clock and do all the necessary things to maintain their lead

I would rather have a higher draft pick than go to playoffs and lose to who ever. Fins need to continue building team, they are not playoff caliber this year.

Thats comical and sad. No team should be content with missing the playoffs simply because they will get a high draft pick - In fact, the Fins will not draft that high anyway because of their record compared to others.

The Dolphins did not stick to the run long enough and didnt do it well enough - Now is not the time to try and get the run game going - they need to get pass happy and try to score quick if they want to have a shot. Final chance of the season is here.

The Fins D should just let Geno score a TD by letting him get through the defense without being touched - That would be so typical of the defense it seems like the fitting way to end the game.

This is embarrassing....horrible way to go down. Either way they weren't winning a super bowl this year especially if Harts is out for the year.

The key for Dion Jordan this off-season to get fully healthy from his injuries so that he can make his case for a starting job.

And a D-Coordinator that can maximize the talent on unit.

Again, it is worth mentioning that it doesnt surprise me that we are losing when we have other results in our favor

Anyone that thinks we lost this game because we were missing Hartline or that if we had made the playoffs and he was absent that we would have gone nowhere, has lost their mind and needs to be admitted to an institution immediately.

For as many good plays he has made for us, he has also let us down many of times. The problem here was not getting Wallace and Clay involved enough - If you want to give the Jets credit for that, fine - but the Fins simply look their way enough. It is like Tannehill gave up on the game when Hartline went down - When he shouldve done the opposite

Also worth mentioning it is great to see that Dan Diedorof is retiring and will never call a game again - Spereo Dedes should be next with Steve Buerling - By far the worst in the buisness and biggest Fins haters

Bro I know you have a hard on for Harts but he is a 1000 yard receiver that takes some attention away from guys like Wallace and Clay gives them a better chance to be successful especially after Gibson went down. They simply couldn't afford to lose any WR's at that point.

I do agree that they could use a true stud WR that would allow Wallace to be a very good 2nd, Harts a very good 3rd and Gibson an outstanding 4th with Mathews coming in as a reserve. I just don't think that they can draft WR in 1st round...maybe find someone in FA?

an average veteran like Matt Moore or one that is close to retirement wont do it - The Fins need to draft a quality QB in the mid to late rounds, which is where most QBs will go outside of the top 2 or 3 that are going in the first and are franchise QBs. There needs to be real competition behind Tannehill - I think the kid is tough and will improve and respond well to the adversity - But, I dont think he feels threatened to lose his job to Matt Moore. Matt Moore is a solid backup but nothing else. We would not get much further with him.

The question becomes, taking into account our other needs - where do we go after a QB in the draft and who fits best.

It is not to say I dont like the guy, because I do - He is a quality player and person off the field - One of the best in that regard on the roster. But, for every good play he makes , he makes 3-4 costly ones.

I dont think the Fins would be able to get a WR in the first round, simply because most are projected to go before their pick. That said, Fins must analyze what their needs are and prioritize not just by what their needs are, but also what is available to them when they draft. For as much holes there is to fill, they can gamble and go in different directions in the first round and worry about other positions later.

I do hope we go offensive skill players early in the draft and go after lineman in FA or late in the draft.. For years the Fins have gone after lineman on both sides of the ball at the draft and have come up empty. Time for them to quit being stubborn and go in different directions with the draft.

Cant say it enough - very disappointing how easy the Fins made this game for the Jets and Geno in particular. Fins were lifeless today.

I agree. I never like to see my team lose but this team isn't playing well enough to make a playoff run. The Fins need impact players from the draft to add to the talent on the roster.

The whole Dolphins orginization needs to be locked in the locker room and have Incognito beat them.

Anyone who wanted Rex Ryan to keep his job has to send a Thank You letter to the Fins as it was just announced he will return next season - He would have been gone just as quick if the result was the other way around.
