Living in ny and watching what goes on with the jets is like going to the movies with a movie that never ends

The Jets and Giants have both been a joke for about a decade now. There was a time they never played at the same time and now it's pretty common. Both teams have drafted pathetically and brought in one awful head coach after another. Hopefully both teams now have people in place that can start turning things around.

I'm not holding my breath on either of those front offices quite yet.

I agree 100%. But the Jets were the laughing stock of the town long before the giants were. Now we know how you guys feel

Me either. Douglas has gotten the better of just about every trade but his first draft was a disaster. Bechton looked like a beast but there was grumblings about his inability to control his weight and work ethic coming out of college. Mims has been a complete loss. But, the draft last year:

Zach Wilson - No idea what he will be but he has the arm and talent.
Vera-Tucker (OL) - Started all 16 games and looks like a keeper
Elijah Moore (WR) - Got hurt but when he came back was more than solid with questionable QB's. A definite keeper
Michael Carter (RB) - Decent rookie year. Played in 14 games and just under 1000 yards combined running and catching the ball.
Michael Carter (CB) - Looked solid on a pathetic defense.

His draft looks solid this year. I'm not convinced about the head coach but hopefully last years mistakes were rookie errors. But when you keep having to take time outs coming off reviews or on the first play of a drive it doesn't bode well.

Those Kotite Jets were pretty damn bad, Cyder.
The team actually had some talent. At that point of his career Kotite was basically mailing it in. Boomer Eisason talks about it now and then that it was the worst coaching job he's ever seen. The year after they fired him and hired Parcells they went 9-7 and then 12-4 the year after that.
