The team isn't that talented.

I'll disagree. The talent is there the execution is not. Be that from the Head Coach down to the long snapper is the question of where the failure lies.

There is talent. I just think with both Smith and Collins out the offense is going to struggle a bit. Did not help against the jets to have Amari out. Now tyrone Crawford is done for the year. Possibly Wise get called up from practice squad. Its sink or swim time for Hill. Somebody at DT needs to do something time to see what Wilson can do at safety. Heath stinks

If the cowboys lose against the eagles then why not move on from Garrett? The offense seemed quite a bit different the past two games compared to the first first 3 games. The offense seemed different and all of a sudden it smells like Garrett again.

Sorry to butt in fellas but from an outsider looking at the Boys, they were in a much worse hole last year at 3-4. Had a bye and shit the bed vs Mariota and the Titans to go 3-5 but turned it around. I do think Garrett has to go though. He will never get the team to the next level, imo.
On the bright side, 9-7 could easily win this division. You beat the Eagles this week and y'all are still okay. Lots of football to be played here. Good luck and hope to see you guys in the play-offs. I really don't want the Eagles getting into the dance.

I prefer to let the HC decide who his staff is. Now if I can just sit down with Jerry and talk some sense into him.
