Honestly though if I knew we could get the same people back every year I would allow trading players & future picks.

I get it, It just makes it hard to really trade up. If you are trading into the top 10, it's hard to do without a future pick. Or to trade into the first from the 2nd is hard. Also I have McCarron and I want to trade him lol.

I don't think he is athletic enough at 286 to be a great 3T.
I kinda think thats his spot but he had a bad combine. Combine + Playing with Bama talent does bring up some red flags I'll admit. I just dont know how far that drops him in my mind.

As a team that runs a 4-3, I wouldn't want him. Add that to his shoulders medically and I could see him falling.

If the shoulders are a real issue then he could be a late 1st, early 2nd kind of player. Thats something none of us could know.

I remember when the DE from Clemson was being talked about as a top 5 pick a few years ago and then some medicals about his knees came out and he dropped to the 2nd and was never anything in the NFL. If his shoulders are that bad, could be a similar situation.

Bowers I think? There was also Clayborn who was picked in the first round. Both players by Tampa Bay and both players busted due to injuries.

HUGE difference between Bowers and Allen is tape. Bowers feasted on cupcakes, IIRC. Like Michael Sam on the field.

Allen isn't the most talented player on that Bama DL, the one that is tho is just a moron.

Watson has shown more inconsistency in his mechanics. I think you can't go wrong with either and maybe either wont pan out. Honestly, I would have loved to get him in the 2nd round but I didn't have a trade partner to trade down and I didn't see anyone else that fit the need for the Browns at 12.
