He “should have” beaten Saban twice. Both games he blew big leads. That says more about Smart than Saban.
That being said, it would be foolish to panic on Smart right now.
I do think they are more likely to panic on Smart than we are on Saban just based on the attitude of some on Rivals the last 2 years. More entitlement that they were the team to beat & they were going to win it all & shouting down others. And normally I'd read it as goofy fun posting but the way some of them have come unglued over losses, I think they really thought this.
