It could still happen but if he signs elsewhere, its our loss. We have done mostly well I think in FA so far. I would have swaped McGee for Lawrence Guy and I would have signed Logan and not let him leave. I would have also signed Patterson. I hate the Guy was signed by NE.

Perhaps Hankins or Poe is the real target? We need 1 of the 3 for sure. My fear is that the FO doesn't think the team is as bad as they are. We need help everywhere.

What makes Logan any better than McGee? Serious question. I know the status with McGee showing how much better Oakland's run D was with him. I would be interested in seeing that stat for Logan.

McGee has a lot of upside and I don't think he is a true NT. Im curious in how they use McClain. He came from a 4-3. Im not sure he can play nt either.

MCgee is not a true NT Logan is. Mcgee is to replace Baker with a lot more upside.

A 3-4 end at 6'3/310, McGee played just 242 snaps last season, missing Weeks 8-10 and 13-17. When on the field, he received strong PFF grades for both his run defense and pass rushing skills. Perhaps the Redskins view him as a 27-year-old on the rise, but Washington's infatuation with handing out big-money deals to more-or-less replacement-level defensive linemen remains curious.

Let's face it guys......we need an anchor on the defense at NT. We signed some rotational players in McGee (only because he gets hurt a lot) and McLain which are an upgrade from our backups. I still feel we should've kept Swaggy Baker, signed McLain, and STILL need to sign a True NT. Best left are Logan, Poe, or Hankins and all will do fine. Poe will want most money, Hankins is the youngest and still needs some work, and Logan is middle of the road and consistent. Either way, if we sign one, it will help. I also think we still need to draft a DL in rounds 1,2, or 3 if we sign a NT.

Ultimately, if the skins are going anywhere, we need a MUCH better defense.
