Can't believe how the Dodgers just fell apart in this game.

SOME beers are good, but not light beers.

Give me a lager or a porter.

Puig caused players to move up and as a direct result they scored... not umpires fault

I'm not here to make excuses for the Dodgers, but I've watched many playoff games this year and I have never seen one more affected by the strike-ball calls.

That kid has a lot to learn about baseball. The end of game 5 had me shaking my head and now tonight is proof that he's not the player he thinks he is just yet.

It's 9-0 so there are no excuses.

Ever since he came up, the Dodgers have been trying to teach him without taking away his aggressiveness!!

He's only 22. He'll learn.

Puig possibly single handedly losing it tonight?

Puig being Puig cost the Dodgers

For the that throw home he actually did have a play at the plate but he went all dramatic and and had to make that unnecessary jumping in the air throw instead of controlling himself and making a good throw

And the error he just took his eye off the ball maybe thinking he can play hero again and attempt to throw out the batter

Look I know Puig is a tremendous talent but his hot doggish and uncontrolled ways are costing the dodgers. Even at the plate at least earlier in the series it looked like he was trying to win the whole series with each swing of the bat

But that goes back to the Dodgers leadership in the locker room - mainly it seems like there is no leadership. That's where a veteran player should have taken Puig aside and tell him to respect the game. You can still play with excitement and not be a hot dog. Maybe someone in the Dodgers lcker room did and maybe Puig didn't listen. /shrug

I agree. I think as men we all had a streak like that when we were his age. He will be great when he learns how to balance himself.

I agree, but were we given a fairly called game, hell no. We probably would have lost anyway with the way we are playing but at least then I wouldn't have to point out how terrible the umpire was.

They have been (Kershaw) but that doesn't have an affect on Puig making ill-advised throws

Yeah, folks seem to forget he doesn't even have half a season in the bigs. He barely even has any time in the minors.

Being from Cuba the Dodgers know very little about what he was taught prior to him joining the team.

Wacha is definately the "latest" new gun in the league until he pulls a Harvey.
