Umpires have nothing to do with that so obviously no lol, he did decide to squeeze the Dodgers and with Kershaw not having his best stuff on the mound it pretty much helped jump start this Cardinal avalanche. If you don't think pitch counts have anything to do with baseball then you're a fool. The umps killed our momentum and buried under the stadium.
