I may even have confidence in Wacha for the first time this season, but only because of who the Rockies are putting out there:You've spelled it out clearly concerning strength of schedule the rest of the way with the Cardinals having much tougher series left to play than the Cubs.
The key for us, of course, is to just keep winning as many games as we can because with each passing day that the Cardinals post a win the Cubs will be fighting the clock that much more. On a positive note the Reds have played the Cubs tough all season and the Cubs also have not been good on the road so hopefully the Pirates will help us out in Pittsburgh. On a negative note for us, the Diamondbacks have been almost as hot as any team lately and the Brewers and Nationals have been playing good baseball lately too. But it all starts tonight with a series in Colorado against a team that we are suppose to beat and I will be disappointed if we don't win that series. You're right, this is not going to be easy down the stretch but I'm glad to hear that you have built up some confidence.
