Extremely ugly play in the Arizona game - Buchanon, arguably leading with the helmet, sandwiches Maclin's helmet between his and Peterson's. Peterson looks worst, Maclin also injured. Buchanon seems uninjured...

I probably messed up the numbers, which ever one's helmet came off looked like he text book put his head down...but since his spine wasn't aligned as a spear he crumpled.

Even as a fan who benefited greatly from officiating (Lions), every game I have seen seems to be "poorly" officiated.
