I've brought this up before, but what the heck, why not again. Again, the NFL isn't held to a court standard of evidence, unless collectively bargained. So let's use Richard Sherman's positive drug test.

Sherman is a stud, and a key component in Seattle's machine.

He's also most likely, guilty of failing a drug test.

That a collectively bargained technicality got him exonerated, doesn't change whether he's

A. Guilty
B. Innocent

But yeah, if not for that technicality, that the NFL HAD to abide by, he'd have gotten whacked. If the NFL could have, they WOULD have suspended him, and I'm sure a healthy % of Seahawks fans would have complained about witch-hunts and other unfairness.

But I wouldn't have been one of them.
