welcome back Scooby. I agree Prescott stirs the drink this season.

Good news....Dallas & Arizona play again next year.

what was that streak.....5 straight for 9 years?

Look forward to it
Whether I like a team or not, I gotta give credit where credit is due. From the draft on down, Dallas has been the most impressive team this year without question. Even with that crazy owner, they have made sound football moves and it is showing on the field.

BTW - I'm looking more forward to the draft and striking gold with a QB like Dallas did this year. :heh:

Brady has been eliminated by most voters due to missing a quarter of the season. Meanwhile his team went 3-1 in those games and the one loss was when a hurt 3rd string QB played. The MVP of that team overall is the defense which leads the NFL in PPG allowed.

Let's quit dancing. Brady is better than Rodgers. Period

I'd say that Ryan is the MVP but he may get overlooked because the teams record isn't dominant. Similar with Rodgers. E. Elliot and Brady have cases as well.

I agree with everything you said except the BB part, especially last year. MVP awards means squat to the NE fans, just the trophty, anything less is a a failure. They haven't seen to skip a beat w/o Gronk so far and are scoring 8 more points a game w/Brady then w/o that's huge
I think most years BB does less with more. If it's not TB out for a year injured or a four game suspension then it's Gronk, or Blount and Lewis, Edelman or Dola... now I will be the first to say injuries are not an excuse. But it strengthens my point. You take those injuries and you look who BB has brought in to either replace those players or fill key holes. He does it time and time again more so than any other coach that I've seen. Now last year BB did make some bone head decisions and sure there are times when he outsmarts himself. But year in and year out BB should be in the running.

When your a great coach, best currently and top 10 all-time, don't need to be considered coach of the year. I like the guys who turn around a shitty team. Like this year I like either Garrett, more so for putting up for JJ and Del Rio in Oakland, guy has made some ballsy decisions starting from the first game. The coach in Atl has done well too etc

That's an opinion I completely dis-agree with
Yep, JMO, but like Brady or not, I think he's easily the better player. What criteria? Brady has better numbers this year than Rodgers while playing less games. His team has a better record. His best weapon is injured. His best ever season is better than Rodgers best year. He has many more SB appearances and wins. How is it close?

My top candidates

1) Matt Ryan
115.5 QB rating / 4613 yards / 34 tds 7 ints / 69 % completion / 9.26 avg

2) Tom Brady
110.7 QB rating / 3278 yards / 25 tds 2 ints / 66 % completion / 8.22 avg

3) Ezekiel Elliot
1631 rush yards / 15 rush tds / 367 receiving yards / 1 td

4) Peyton Manning

Has yet to throw a pick this year

5) Aaron Rodgers
102.7 QB rating / 4128 yards / 36 tds 7 ints / 65 % completion / 7.23 avg
#4 but his brother has thrown enough for both of them.
