that's actually pretty impressive video. Who made that? the Network?

If so, that's actually something I like to see when comparing other prospects... Seeing #s is one thing, but to see it in that manner(video above) is something else.

Has it been overblown? Just seems like any other guy out of the woodwork who's stock rises after the combine.

Should consider his potential though, I mean if it fits the needs, why not pursue?

It hasn't really come from out of the woodwork, though. He has been running that way in workouts for weeks. It's just a surprise to people because alot of people were unaware of him prior to the draft.

That's NFL Network's simulcam. They've been doing that for about 3 years now.

So because we're finally not picking top 10 we should be reckless with our pick?

Should we consider Tommy Streeter at 30, too?

why would it be reckless? The Niners FO will do their due diligence and study these guys, if they see it, they see it and will make the pick if available.

Yeah that's what I wanted to say. I wasn't aware of him like that myself(of course i couldn't eye in the possible prospects during the season in midst of our good fortunes)

Did Poe really just run a 4.87 at 346? That's impressive.

If he falls he our poor mans Ngata and the immovable mountain in the middle we are looking for. Strong (44 reps),huge, and apparently extremely fast for a guy his size..a dancing bear perhaps? BPA at #30 and I would entertain trading up a bit to nab him but he might just go in the sub #28 range. (NE,HOU. Den.,Pitt, Cin.) so I will not hold my breath..If somehow he falls to us He is one of my FAVS. Wr is deep so I expect us to be picking us to pick up a couple perhaps later.

Moved the list again. An even better 10-time on Poe's 2nd run even though it was a slower 40.

Finished with the 2nd group's 40s. Christian Tupou may have the shortest strides I've ever seen and it shows with his times. I'll move the list one more time.

Poe is strong as an ox. 44 reps plus quick on his feet. He would command double team and with his strength and quickness, he would be able to put pressure up the middle. If he's available at #30, he would be a good selection.

I've been saying that for months now. Reason why he was listed so high (top 10 overall prospect) on my pre-combine rankings. He's raw and has tons of room to become a dominant "football player".

We knew that #USC's Nick Perry would be a workout warrior coming into the day. So why would my opinion change if that's what was expected?

...same should be said for Stephen Hill, T.J. Graham, and now in a little bit if Zach Brown does what he's expected to do. Could say the same for a few others.

This is why he shouldnt even bother running it. He has the expectations set really high (sub 4.40). So, if he doesnt perform at the level his stock can only go down, he isnt going to improve his stock.
