I don't have a problem with the penalty on Dorsett. I think the penalties on Carcillo were very iffy tho.

That was pathetic by the Flyers. What frustrated me the most was that they couldn't get the puck on the net. The Rags blocked everything it seemed. Lundquist didn't really need to be great. The Rags defense is damn good. We have to find ways to open up the shooting lanes. This is the type of series where Briere would be handy. This series is still far from over.

I missed all of it. From the looks of things, Emery spent himself in New York and the rest of the team still has yet to return to Philly. Onward we go to Game 4.

This game had a weird feel to it from the start. Rags score 2 goals early flyers score a gorgeous goal to make it 2-1 after 1. For whatever reason it seemed that every shot on goal for the flyers was blocked by a Rags player. It really was unreal. I thought our PP was ok, but again shots didn't get through. Emery was ok, but far from great. This is now Mason's series. I think that the flyers will rebound next game and rally behind Mason. I still like the Flyers to win this series in 6.

I wasn't even upset with the team effort. We had the chances, but the Rangers are built to stop the. I'd usually be irate with only one goal scored, but this series is different. We have to fight for these wins and make each goal count.

Hopefully Mason limits how many goals are needed to win

I thought we did just about everything right except get our shots through to the net. We could've had 50+ shots easily, but the Rangers blocked 28 of our 60 shot attempts. They were very fortunate to capitalize on a low number of shots and chances. The four goals were spread apart quite a bit, but still seemingly too timely and easy to come by.

I'm very curious to see how we play with Mason because we were 33-18-7 with him in net this season as opposed to 9-12-2 with Emery. The difference in gaa and sv % numbers is equally great.
