I'm not too surprised about Ray Emery starting game 3 - I'm hoping we can get a win and then Steve Mason will be ready by game 4

If Emery plays again like he did yesterday, no concern with starting him tomorrow. He's looked sharp.

Also, can we just admit its a concussion with Mason already? I mean, I know they are super cryptic about injuries this time of year, but either he has really really bad neck issues or a concussion. And if it is a concussion I don't see the good in having him practice every day. Let him rest for 48 hours in bed.

Of Emery's 30 appearances this year, I think this is only his 6th start at home. I just did a quick check so I could be off. It will be interesting to see how he feeds off the home crowd.

He started a home game against Chicago on March 18th, and played pretty well in that game - and the crowd was great that night

Yes he did. that was the Giroux OT winner in the final seconds. It's just been an interesting trend that Berube has played him against tougher opponents all year and usually on the road. I think he will do well tomorrow night.

Game 3 will be interesting, will the Flyers' home ice prevail or will the Rangers top road record in the conference neutralize that advantage? Ray Emery has been solid in net so far for the Flyers, can he keep it up? Can Claude Giroux breakout against the Rangers? Lot's of interesting questions to be answered in game 3.

Thank god I'll be able to watch my first flyers playoff game tonight. It sucks hitting the road at the worst times. Hard to follow your favorite team when constantly busy schedule w work etc. I hope we get a win tonight.

If Carcillio is in and Fast is out that puts either Carcillo or Dorsett in a top 9 role and im good with that.

This line played well last game and i dont mind Raffl going to the 4th line as he can play anywhere.

Yup.. I think this lineup is going to rock the house tonight.. I expect Schenn and G to have a big night tonight.

I hope we continue with what we did in the second and third periods in New York and kick the rags ass again. At the very least we will be on premo ice in Philly. I'll probaly miss much of the game due to work.
