Hey, thanks for the referral(guess that was you over at the other board?).

Bunch o' nut cases here; I fit right in!

As for what to call me, Sire will be just fine.:D

2.male parent of four-legged animal: the male parent of a four-legged animal, especially a domesticated animal such as a stallion or bull

The Caramel Apple Spiced Ale is good too.

Really? I've never heard of that one made by the same folks. I googled who makes blue moon. anyway one of the links that came up was who makes blue moon ice cream. I think I am going to have to check it out.

Dang! I'm in trouble now. I'm dealin' with folks who got 'em some book learnin'! Almost like cheatin' to pull the dictionary out! Although the 4 legged animal is a fairly accurate description.

I will, however, settle for "Your Highness" or the more informal "M'lord"!

Welcome :yo:

what kind of cooking? I did it for close to 15 years myself.

Wow, over the course of 20 years, I have done all kinds of cooking...
Fine dining, European style dinner clubs, with lots o' sautees, and sauces; Mexican; Italian; Oriental; and good ol' American cafe food.

nice. I worked in some fine dining, casual dining, and a couple of deli's. It's hard to call what I did in the casual dining "cooking," unless you worked the grill. Everything else was dropped in a fryer with a timer or popped in a microwave.

I always prided myself on being a "scratch cook". Made all my suaces, soups, from scratch. I even got raw pinto beans by the 100# sacks for my "Rt. 66" chili!

I cooked @ Village Inn for 3 years. That place would get crazy busy. Particulary Sunday mornings.
