Didn't they sign him for two years? Still don't understand why they wouldn't use him as a TE since your star TE is in prison for killing someone. Like Tebow or now, the guy can run and make his opponents miss tackles.

Back to the original premise.......Patriots have their first Mini-Camp this week. All players on the roster are required to show up. First seasonal physicals, uniform fittings and playbooks get issued.

I would guess he will be able to play maybe 50% of the snaps to start out and slowly build up. Don't need him to be an all-star to win at the beginning of the season. Just need him come playoff time.

I don't think that BB will let Gronk play more than a few plays per game for a couple of weeks. The third preseason game should be an indicator of where he is in regards to returning to the field and playing the type of game he's expected to play.

I'm looking forward to seeing the 6'8" TE play a little bit.

I was hoping to hearing something about the 6'8" Jones during OTA's. This guy should be attached at the hit to Brady right now.

According to reports, Brady's car has been seen nearly every day at Foxboro. No media types have been allowed anywhere in Coaches Row, the locker room areas or the weight rooms. Belichick pretty much has all facilities blocked off and inaccessible to the media. Most if not all of the TE and WR vehicles have also been spotted in the players parking area.

Since the media isn't getting into workout areas, the rumors are that Brady has called in the pass catchers and they've been working out in the bubble. No has said anything about Mallett or Garappolo being there.

CSNNE said that Brady has a coach helping him become a bit more quick of foot and mobile. Sounds like TB doesn't want to get stuck in the pocket like he did a few times last year.

Yeah hopefully he can. We know how great he can be if he stays healthy. You just gotta worry that back problems and a blown out knee before 25...might catch up with him. I just hope he can stay healthy because he's one of the best when he is.
