I've been leaning towards Frost ever since SE's presser, plus oregons AD came out right away about teams contacting Frost, who else would be looking at him right at the same time when we announced Bo was on to the house

Tressel could be announced whenever..Frost announcement would have to wait until at least after Saturday. With recruiting, not sure you can drag this out to the playoffs

definitely can't drag it out past maybe middle of next week with recruiting. I'd be very surprised if we don't hear by then.

I want patterson, but I have a feeling with his team in contention for the playoffs, how could he leave in the middle of that?

with how little we have heard about SE sightings, I'm really leaning Frost right now and am coming around to him as a decent option. even though last week I stuck him in the "no" thread.

i can't decide on Schiano. I liked the guy when he was at Rutgers and what he was able to do there. However, he did nothing in the NFL, so just not sure he knows how to get over the hump either.

also, when you get an NFL coach, you usually can pull some recruits, the way Callahan was able to, but I get this feeling that won't happen with Schiano.

Saban wasn't a world beater with the dolphins either before he came back.

I'm not sure about Schiano myself, but I was so ready to be rid of Bo I would consider any coach who would take a serious look at good proven assistants who wasn't already their buddy would be an upgrade in my book.
