people are going to compare alabamas win vs rest of texas a&m opponents...I can see it now....if Vanderbilt or miss st holds them to 20 something points....how did they put up all those points on Alabama.

Quit crying bud. At this stage with so many undefeated teams still in the mix, performance is largely taken into account. Bamas defense had a very poor performance. Keep winning and quit crying about some meaningless polls in week 3.

No you don't. Polls are fluid. When everyone has the same record, and one team escapes a win vs. Akron, and another one blows out a ranked Nebraska team @ Lincoln, should they be treated the same?

Polls should change week to week. If the number 1 teams doesn't look great and the number 2 or 3 or 4 team does, they should move. It shouldn't sit the same every week. That is stupid. Bama doesn't look like the best team in the nation right now so they shouldn't be number 1.

No one's dropping teams out of the top25 after a win, but you say yourself it is too early to tell. So if it is too early to tell, why would you care if your team moves around this early? After all, if you take care of business things will be fine.
