I think you misunderstood me. I said I cut back I didn't cut out. Hell Saturday night Evan came over to my house and we had a good old time. Had Philly cheesesteaks for dinner Saturday. the only thingI cut out was the cigarettes everything else is cut back.
Actually a couple years ago I made a thread on the Water Cooler about attempting to lose 15 pounds in 10 days. I started at 181 and got down to 168.
That was when I realized that all I did was lose muscle mass. Just drank water and ate rice and veggies for 10 days and suddenly I looked like a starving kid in Africa.
OK I am 6'1 273. I started out last week at 285. So for every pound of muscle you gain I will lose 9 pounds of fat I need to get down to 185Ish. A tall order for both of us but if you can gain 12 pounds of lean muscle and me lose 100 pounds of pure body fat it will be worth it. Then we can go eat steaks to celebrate
for the record before any of you think I'm too crazy the lightest I have been in recent years was two years ago I was down to 190 so I think I can get to 185
I think if you and JJM gain 15 pounds of muscle I will lose 9 pounds for every 1 pound you gain. Keep in mind it will take me a Lil more time to lose it then it will for years to gain it. I am basing this off of the 1-1.5 grams of protein one should intake for every pound you weigh while on a workout routine. So for a feller my size that is just under a pound of protein a day. Plus 2 gallons of water equals 16pounds of water weight alone.
