Arlington won outright, not just covered.

Did you watch him play? That ship sailed long ago, lol
Tell your friend that Levis pick gave me acid reflux. They better know what they're doing this time around
It was a'ight...Pretty happy with the Raiders draft....
Overall I give it a solid B.
Chiefs had a ton of picks but I found their draft to be rather meh.It was a'ight...
Guess we'll see how that QB position works out for y'all...
Course it COULD be worse. At least the Chiefs don't have a 7 year ownership on the Raiders like they do the Donkos...![]()
Yep.Chiefs had a ton of picks but I found their draft to be rather meh.
Mostly just filling needs imo, plus maybe some special teams guys. I really didn't see what they would be in desperate need for outside of receiver, which they addressed in the second round...Chiefs had a ton of picks but I found their draft to be rather meh.
Did they though? The OT is a project. Lot of Big 12 in that draft. The pass rusher they took from KSU is meh without much burst. It was a tough year to be looking WR. Not a lot out there.Mostly just filling needs imo, plus maybe some special teams guys. So I agree that it wasn't a draft that'd set the world on fire, but was still ok by me...
What do you think about Mayer as a pro?Did they though? The OT is a project. Lot of Big 12 in that draft. The pass rusher they took from KSU is meh without much burst. It was a tough year to be looking WR. Not a lot out there.
Our coaching staff is pretty good with linemen so I'm not too concerned. And considering how Karlaftis turned out I'm not overly concerned there either...Did they though? The OT is a project. Loved him at ND. Think he will be great at moving sticks and making contested catches. He can’t stretch the defense through the seam. He’s an in line guy. You can’t really split him out. He’s a solid and willing blocker there. All that being said, ND has a long track record of producing great TEs who get drafted and then don’t do much in the NFL. I think you have to go back to the Raiders and Dave Casper to find the last ND TE to be All Pro. I thought the best TE in the draft was the Utah kid Buffalo took. What do you think about Mayer as a pro?
I loved Karlaftis coming out. That was a great pick. He had no help at Purdue and drew doubles on every snap and was still a huge factor in college. That’s not the KSU kid. He played in some fugaze defensive scheme that will never get played by any NFL team. Not saying he is an auto bust, I’m just saying that it’s unlikely that he’s a double digit sack time at any time in his career. He doesn’t have great hands or a great get off. He feasted on poor OTs on his schedule. For much the same reason, I didn’t like Tyree Wilson from Texas Tech. The Big 12 is poverty football. Our coaching staff is pretty good with linemen so I'm not too concerned. And considering how Karlaftis turned out I'm not overly concerned there either...
And let's not think all rookies don't have a learning curve. We'll see how it all pans out...![]()

As I said, we'll see. I'd like to think the coaches and personnel staff might know a little more than we do. Admittedly, I think last season's draft was much better....I loved Karlaftis coming out. The board just broke wrong for the Chiefs in round 1. Hindsight, they should have traded up to the 20s and gotten in on one of those WRs. (Thought the TCU kid was the best fit for them). And then wait until round 2 for a situational pass rusher that Spags does so well with. At the same time, Chiefs are probably looking at Kendarius Toney as part of this draft class the way the Giants look at Waller as a piece of their draft class. As I said, we'll see. Exactly. We'll definitely know soon enough if they were wrong...The board just broke wrong for the Chiefs in round 1. Dude…..Add "Beef" to your list.
He could've gotten this done six months ago.
It was all ego. Now he can say he had a slightly better deal than Hurts.
Both sides needed that next one up contract to set the baseline. Raise the total and guarantee up a small percentage and get the deal done. Helps put that Browns contract in the rear view mirror.
Quality players and fits for their team, just questionable value that early in the draft. They might've been able to push each down to the next Lions pick, but they didn't feel like risking it I guess.Gibbs was definitely a head scratcher. I guess Swift is finally done in Detroit…it was only a matter of time.
Campbell is a stud. That guy is going to be lights out for many years imo
