Deion was a great player, pretty damn good analyst and now pretty good college head coach.

A lot of people can't do it in 1 profession, much less 3. LOL.

3 professions that all use the same set of knowledge.

He is impressive, no doubt.

But that would be like me going from a teacher to a building administrator to a county office curriculum position and calling it 3 different professions.

It is 1 career trajectory that makes sense and builds on previous steps.

Lots of people do that.

If I’m him, I stay in college. He can really maximize the potential of NIL. Come play big time football with a guy who is a marketing genius and can show you the ropes.
Agreed, Prime's schtick is not going to work in the NFL. It works with 18-22 year olds, especially when you get to recruit. I'm curious in how he's going to do at the Power 5 level, where now you're not going to out-talent other teams.

All he had to do was hold out a bit longer and he would have got a much better job.

Can you imagine his at Florida State? He'd turn them back into a powerhouse in no time.

Agreed. Deion's great at getting skill level players (particularly WR and CB). At the Power 5 level, you need to be able to recruit in the trenches. Colorado needs an infusion of talent, and I don't think Deion's staff as it stands can account for that talent disparity.
