There were many years earlier in 2000s was hard to argue they were the best....but also many a case could be made for others. Especially lately. For sure it's a lot closer now. Maybe Bama and UGA deserve benefit of the doubt. Not sure anyone else does.
Every now and then an LSU sneaks in there for a year. But other than the 1 year by them with Burrow cannot think of anyone else who made any noise lately. Is true though compared to the BIG they are at least 2 teams while until 2021 the BIG was OSU and no one else...well, at least when we are talking title worthy. I'd say most years Wisky, PSU, Iowa and maybe MSU are on par with the next group of 4 in the SEC.
With NIL and conference rearranging I look for there to be a lot more parity. The big teams aren’t going anywhere, but it’s going to be closer.
Yep, NIL is about to neutralize the playing field.
Don’t think so, now it could be that the “haves” gain an even bigger advantage but I think there will be a lot more “haves” out there. It’s not going to be 3 or 4 teams now.
I’m surprised he doesn’t have aspirations of preparing for the NFL.
