A lot of the Saints holes can be addressed on the first 2 days of the draft if it doesn't happen in free agency.

Another WR and backup RB can be handled via draft. Supposedly they think they have Armstead replacement on the roster already.

Depth at WR is the biggest thing for me. Sign someone and draft a WR by round 2.

It is a HARD cap meaning you have to stay under at all times so no the restructing contracts was not pointless.
