Well it’s fn stupid, Holmgren is elite defensively alreadyTlance brought it up.
I agree. It's kinda why i was laughing on one of the NFL threads at the guys who were treating losing Tyreek Hill was some kind of death blow to the Chiefs' season. Imho i think we go Defense heavy this draft, but we'll see...

In college.
Yeah....I don't even need to mention how often these college stars excel in college and then enter the League and we are like WTF?Which often translates to "long and light on his feet".
I know. Still not worried...It's not just Tyreek. They are basically swapping out their entire WR corps.
Not saying you should be, just a lot of moving parts to evaluate. Tough to replace that speed threat that Tyreek brings, but maybe a more balanced corps altogether just gets things done differently.I know. Still not worried...
I'm coming around to Ivey.I don't think he has the swagger to become an elite player. I hope detroit takes any of Ivey, Jabari or Banchero.
Honestly if the Pistons want to move Grant I'd prefer Murray as well.
We have to remember he is 19 and going to put on weight. Im not that worried about him. Love his wingspan and defense. I don't watch a lot of gonzaga but he had to be damn good all season long for his draft stock to consistently remain top 3

But, another guard?
Well, Cade is clearly the guy over Killian.
You could trade Hayes or bench him.
If you do trade Grant, Blazers would have a lottery pick.
You might be able to get a guard and a big.
As for Chet, I see elongated Andre Kirelenko.
Why is trading Grant seen as a foregone conclusion by some?I'd be fine with trading Hayes...but as to him being benched that has been where he's been most successful of late. As for minutes they're giving starters minutes to Corey Joseph so im not worried about that. Best fit overall is prob one of the 3 "bigs" though

Thunder made a huge mistake letting him get awayWhy is trading Grant seen as a foregone conclusion by some?
Is he not willing to extend?
Do they not want to pay him?
He doesn't want to go somewhere and be a sidekick.
Not big into ice cream shakes.7'0" 190 also translates to getting bullied by other bigs. I think he can likely be really good in the NBA, but he'sgoing to neeed to add weight.
Fortunately, he's only 19, so finding the best hamburger stand in whatever city he's drafted to and go on an 8 cheeseburgers and ice cream shakes a day dietn (aka @DJ dream diet). lol
You can still fix it.Thunder made a huge mistake letting him get away
