Seems like SAS is embarrassing himself as usual

In a way he's more or less right, but this trade doesn't tie them to Tua any more than before. The added WR talent will help any QB that takes snaps for the Dolphins. His 5th year option is for 2024 and not in play yet, so they could cut him today for a cap hit $18M, same as before the trade.

Was listening to BSPN this morning on how the Jets actually drove up the price for Hill. Interesting perspective...

I don't know if Lane Kiffin will win a National Championship in college football...but he's the twitter National Champion.

After Ole Miss took over from USC as the #1 portal recruiting school (partially by landing 2 USC tranfers) Kiffin tweeted:

Kiffin's the Saban of Twitter. God bless that man.

Apparently, the Browns can't have nice things.

Better hope they haven't lost Baker's number.

It isn't entirely crazy to have Baker play his contract out. It would benefit him financially to come out and perform well if Watson was out significant time.

But I can also see the ego hit and wanting out. Not saying he's wrong for feeling that way.

I tend to agree. But last I heard, he was willing to sit out to force a trade. So, if it came to that, they'd have to be able to convince him that it's in his best interest to be a "good soldier".

But it could definitely improve possible destinations for him.

Eh..less about soldiering and more about earning that 18 mil and vastly improving year one of the next deal versus making half of 18 on a prove it

Problem is sitting out gets him nowhere as the season wouldn't count for him as far as service time.
