Not anyone basing this particular discussion on the posts and not the poster.

You say some lame stuff sometimes, but this take of yours is probably the lamest.

Past interactions matter. People have histories here and it does and should shape how others interact with them.

I can give credit to people when they make a good post.

But when someone has a history of going out of their way to start something with me over and over again, I am damn sure going to call them out when they act a fool.

How did he flip flop? Maybe I'm not reading it right but seems like he doesn't like acquiring him and wanted to keep Baker and has maintained this the entire time. Also says it's a good deal. Both can be true.

I was and am down with it more than him but I understand the angst.

He went from:

“I am so glad the Browns didn’t trade for Watson”

To:

“That is a really good trade for the Browns”.

When they are giving 3 firsts, 2 more picks, and $230 million guaranteed to a QB who hasn’t played in a year, is likely to be suspended and has questionable leadership skills.

Not like they are getting him for pennies.

That is a flip flop.

Yeah. Hence my comment as you proved it to be 100% spot on.

Feel free to call him out when warranted, but you just look foolish calling him out by showing you lack comprehension skills in this case.

but his main point was he didn't like dealing Baker for Watson and that stance didn't waver.

what is a flip flop, though, is you saying it's a good trade and now trying to offer reasons why it might not be because of a poster?

Is it pennies? No...but it is about the same as what was given up to get Trey Lance or even a much older Wilson.

This is comedy gold.

And there are very legit reasons why the price was similar.

If Watson weren’t without all the drama, he would have been a lot more expensive.

And I have not flip flopped at all.

I said I think it is a good trade and I stand by it. I can still think that while providing reasons why the price was what it was.

You know what else?

If a team that he didn’t like made the exact same deal…

Maybe Oakland, or Miami, or Washington

He would have been railing on them for overpaying.

And I think you know this.

wtf? objectively the trade was a good trade. This isnt about Watson's talent. why I did not want him. It never has been.

I still wish they did not do it and had Baker- without a doubt.

but objectively no one can say that trade was not really good. I heard rumors of 3 1sts, Hunt and Newsome. The 49'ers just traded 3 firsts for fucking Trey Lance.

the Broncos just traded Noah Fant- a very good tight end who was a recent first round pick, 2 1sts, 2 2nds, and a solid young defensive lineman for 34 year old Wilson.

Watson is an elite talent- and 3 firsts and a 3rd is less than I thought they would have to give up. Not only that- but they will get some picks back for Baker- at least more than a 3rd- so all in all, the whole cost is going to be 3 1st rounders (or less depending what they get for Baker).

shit- the "Commanders"- just gave up 2 3rds for Carson Wentz!!! lol
You didn't want him!!!!

Everybody here knows it and now you have totally reversed your fucking position.....LOL.

Of course.

Especially, if the Raiders had. Fits their team, blah, blah, blah.

The Bengals and Browns are going to battle it out for first place in the North.

The Ravens will take a step back and finish in 3rd and the Steelers will be in last place.
For the record.....since all I do is rip anything Cleveland.....LOL.

Right now....it's a tie between the Raiders and Browns on winning FA.....but if we land Gilmore or Peterson.....it's us.

On my way to a good buzz before the game even kicks off.....

Lots of good games now…

This Michigan/Tennessee game looks like it could go to the wire.

I am most interested in UCLA/St. Mary’s, but my wife used to teach a kid on St. Peter’s so that is what we are going to be watching.

He would be destroying them for rewarding Watson with a fully guaranteed contract
