This series is not any more competitive than Rangers/D’Backs… Just the rich people playing a set of baseball games is all.

That's called professional sports. "Woe is me" for the poor billionaire owner that consistently cheaps out lol.

What are your thoughts on this incident as a Yankees fan? Do you think these two should be banned from the stadium?

I just have a hard time shedding a tear for Mookie Betts, who I believe got $365 million..

Leave it to you to come up with the stupidest take possible.

What the fuck does how much he makes have to do with what those fans did?

This series was kind of the MLB version of the Lakers/Nuggets playoffs last season...much closer than a 4-1 series should be. The Yankees were 1 out away from winning game 1 and probably 1 less error away from winning last night.

That bullpen game on Tuesday was basically a punt by the Dodgers. Not only was it a bullpen game, it was almost exclusively the bottom of the bullpen, guys that weren't used in any of the other games. Frustrating that pitching staff injuries drove them to have games like that.

Oddly enough, in game 5 the struggle of the starting pitcher ended up with using the potential game 7 starter in relief.

Now there are definitely owners who should be spending more (such as Dolans) but come on.....system is somewhat broken. Props to LA as only playing by the rules.

Everything would be just fine if everyone stayed within the rules. Players would still be millionaires, owners are billionaires either way.

Dodgers spent less than both NY franchises this year.

Can't call it a system failure if it is designed to be open-ended.

Simple, there wouldn’t be such an outcry if he wasn’t making so much…

FWIW, I think those two should be banned for 2025.

I mean it's a system failure if one team can be paid a shit ton more than the other when they are playing in the same game.

The hell are you talking about? Of course there would be as much of an outcry...not only could it have effected the outcome of the game...Betts could have been injured by those 2 idiots pulling on his arm like that.

What he makes has nothing to do with it.

Agree about 2025 ban.
