Never was a big Baker Mayfield fan because of all the bullshit. He seems to have put all that behind him though and has turned himself into the definition of a game manager that can win. Rooting for the dude.

Glad we got a much needed W and really didn't matter how. Some thoughts....
*Watson was OK and certainly a lot better than last week (though O looked a lot like last week much of 2nd half)
*Run game was better
*D really came through and admittedly I thought it would end like many road games last year
*our last 2 drives were a clown show. 2nd to last had what would have been 1st down at the 10 (and close to being able to run it out) but the RB who got to the 10 committed an unneeded facemask. More penalties and we went from the 10 to the 50........Last drive we get nowhere and Watson throws an incomplete pass to stop clock. I actually was hoping for Watson to either throw if someone WIDE open or to run it.

He's in his 11th season. He's 14 games below .500. And he's only had 3 winning seasons.

Okay he doesn't suck. But he's not that good either.
