Don't expect 47 points from the offense but I did like the game plan and they need to stick to that weekly. Included lots of pre-snap motion and play action which are 2 things they sucked at last season.

They look much improved for sure.

Fact they played a crappy team doesn’t mean too much, the offensive schemes they ran last year…they weren’t hanging 47 on anyone.

If I were a Saints fan, I’d see this as a glimmer of hope definitely.

Sounds about right but when you have an avg offense then you need to do the little things well such as be at the top of the league in 3rd down% & be very good in the red zone. Cant be an avg offense and shitty in the red zone as well

Exactly had they won 24-13 then I would get the comments about them playing the panthers. Teams don’t put up 47 plus points in this league very often

I think the whole league knows it's KC's to lose, they got better from last year and the Niners are the exact same team and Mahomes beat them with worse. Who else can legit say they are better?

Anyone believe in Lamar and the Ravens? Bills? Eagles? Dolphins? Who else is even in the conversation?

I'm surprised there was confidence in Cousins going into this week. An older player coming off an Achilles injury and it seemed everyone just assumed he was back and ready. I had to double check before my fantasy draft if he was even slated to start (more for his receivers than him, he's a backup fantasy QB at best even when fully healthy) and didn't find much at all, like it was never even considered a potential issue.

That much beleaguered Penix draft pick may end up a godsend if this continues. If Cousins can't move better than that in the pocket, another injury (or re-injury) could be in his future.
