But, Minshew SHOULD be an upgrade over the corpse of Jimmy G. Not to mention, Minshew kept the Colts in the playoff hunt last season after Richardson got hurt. And in Vegas he has better offensive weapons with Adams, Meyers, Bowers, and Mayer.
