He looked like a menace at Bama. Talk about a big disappointment
Only more to come with the CFP expanding. Nobody will give a shit about the bowl games at all, already trending that way for years. So many players skipping out bowl games. Another reason why bowl games should be canceled imo
Another reason why NIL’s should include play requirements. Caleb Williams hasn’t even announced yet and he’s not playing. Are we seriously going to allow guys to sit out and then come back?So many players skipping out bowl games. Another reason why bowl games should be canceled imo
@trojanfan12 is LB State any good this season or was that a huge upset loss yesterday?
OK, but there aren't even enough quality starters and the decent backups usually want to go where there is a chance to be the starter. They don't want to go back up Burrow, watson, etc.teams trying to get cute with rosters with only 2 qbs. Should be a requirement to carry 3 for the integrity of the game
have your star
your backup...the Brisset types
and your project young rook types.
the issue is we see guys like Stroud come in and dominate and we act like because DTR looks great against future garbage men he's the backup.
having a chase daniel on your team is huge for many reasons.

Really like the guy and hope he can continue playing as he has.....if nothing else he throws a really nice ball. You guys nailed it with Flacco....
He hasn't been perfect but he has been pretty good and a major upgrade over DTR and Walker.
KC seems down a little. Cinci down some but missing Burrow. still overall AFC much better than NFC IMO.The AFC isn't as good as we thought it would be before the season.
Most of the year missing Chubb, Watson and Conklin. wills AND the backup OT also go down. Same record as KC?I would just be thrilled if they got to the playoffs. Their team is depleted at the moment.
I can buy that to an extent but also seems this is not the case in the other 2 major sports and those sports do OK.Sounds like socialism to me. Seems like players and teams should be paid what they're worth to whoever is paying them.
I get it but super bowls are won by teams. I think on a neutral field right now the Niners are 10 points better than anyone.KC seems down a little. Cinci down some but missing Burrow. still overall AFC much better than NFC IMO.
The ratings for Tribe games are among the best in the league (well, they were in 2022...never saw them in 2023).Yes. They aren’t the same broadcast and it doesn’t air in the same region. Teams that actually create a demand and can actualize that in negotiations have a right to make that money. And if that franchise has a good owner they invest that back into salaries for the baseball team.
cool....but there are 30 teams and without the other team right now there is not a game to broadcast. That’s a false equivalency. Another team would have been scheduled?!?!? In fact, overall, the MLB product would be much better if we could retract the league and only have 16-20 teams. I love baseball for this reason. NFL, NBA, College football, NHL, etc… all have revenue sharing. The have nots coattail ride the real marketing giants of the sport and print money for having a product that is less than with a smaller fanbase that contributes less than most.
Guessing you heard Delpit signed an extension before the game?when Myles is healthy- i think the Browns might have the best overall d-line in football- and when Ward and Delpit are healthy- i think its fair to say they have the best secondary in football
Ward, Emerson, Newsome is a monster trio at CB. Emerson might already be a top 10 corner- def. top 20.
linebacker is a little weak though.

WTF?
Fact is it's a crapshoot, probably the toughest thing to evaluate in sports. As William Goldman said (about Hollywood)...no one knows anythingthats true- but big arm- not much experience is exactly what Josh Allen was- and tons of experience, high accuracy, high td int ratio is exactly what Baker was.
Baker has proven to be a viable NFL starter- but hes not Josh Allen.
