Iowa had the ball at their own 5, qb gets hit as he is throwing it. Was correctly ruled a fumble but upon review they said there was a clear recovery by Mich when the ref ran in and blew it dead as the ball was rolling past 2 Iowa players. Yeah the Mich guy got the ball but the Iowa guys didn’t try because it was blown dead. Bad and obvious. Mich scored on next play of course.
