NFL - when they did their top 100 players of all time had him at #2.

He was the LeBron of football- just bigger, faster, stronger and more agile than anyone else.

I think there are some certainties....

Jim Brown is the best RB ever

Rice is the best WR ever

Lawrence Taylor was the best outside pass rusher ever--- and all are in that conversation I would say.

Brady is in the conversation at this point I would think....

Jim Brown played 9 years, was MVP 3 times....rushing champ 8 times....he is probably the most dominant NFL player of all time.

I'm not one. Not really a football guy but if I had to pick a team it'd be Raiders because of my wife. I do like when the Niners win, it makes my city happy.

Hard to put a WR number 1 overall, as they can't do much without a well-thrown ball. Sure, RBs rely on the o-line, but so does anything offensively. The dominance is the key factor IMO.
