1. he was not even there at that point

2. she snuck into a party through a back gate- told people she was 18 multiple times - by multiple witnesses

3. she was at a party the night before ON camera saying she was 18

4. Her friends said- she told a friend "i just had sex" and had no distress at all- her friends said she seemed happy- and it was the 2nd person she had sex with that evening-

5. the girl was going around telling other guys "I want you to fuck me or your a bitch"

just ridiculous. She STILL wants to bring a lawsuit. UNBELIEVABLE.

I felt dirty reading it.

Again: I would never want to discourage people from reporting crimes of sexual violence.

But, this is starting to look more and more like a money grab.
