So I just bike or jog for my couple miles

You can use those weights for a lot.See I don’t belong to a gym so I only have dumbbells and right now I mainly am working on my arms and do curls and skull crushers mainly. I use a 25 pound weight for the curls and a 20 pound weight for the skull crushers
LOL I didn't even mention that bc of his long runs and smaller weights. He can do squats with 25's on his shoulders or ketterbell squats with those dumbbells. Body weight squats, lunges. I figured he just wanted to know upper body exercises
Calves were so hard to build for me. Legs in general but for awhile I trained legs pretty hard and didn't see many results. Just so hard to build muscle and didn't have the dedication that I did for upper body. It's sad lolLol those are legit my legs
I usually do my curls standing up. So your saying I should do them from now on sitting down!You can use those weights for a lot.
Triceps - kickbacks, if you can do 20's
Shoulders - lateral raises. Even shoulder press just do more reps
Arms - sit down curls (elbow on thigh)-a ton of different arm exercises, hammer curls
chest - probably not enough weight. I would just suggest push-ups. Too difficult-incline. Too easy-decline-raise your feet up on a bench or something.
That's another thing that will be interesting.
I don't think that Lebron is the type of parent who would try to meddle. But I can't say I know that for a fact either.
And even if Lebron doesn't meddle...you know that if he doesn't start or if Enfield ever needs to sit him, he's going to be asked about it and so is Lebron.

Is there a reason you run so much
I might even avoid driving 11 miles if I could let alone running.But if you're only running like that to lose weight I'd say that's not a long term good idea.
3 to 4 miles a day is super reasonable
11 is just punishing yourself. Unless you're training for long distance running

Not so much in college unless donors get involved. Any real coach is going to put any parent in their place pretty quickly. I just don’t think it’s an issue here because Lebron has to know the kid has to make his own way.
Besides, if they recruit a high profile player like Bronny then play him off the bench, good luck getting the next high profile recruit.
Yeah that is a huge calorie deficit. Not counting active calories just from living I probably burn 600-900 a day working out and some cardio. I have a desk job but I do walk around outside at lunch if the weather is nice. 11 miles is insane11 miles is a fuck ton of calories. We are talking about 1200 to 1500 calories or so burned.
It would definitely give you the opportunity to eat what u wanted though.
