Commissioner and competition committee have discretion to do what they’ve done in an emergency situation. It was unjust that Buffalo controlled their own destiny but because of a freak occurrence they now need help to get the one seed. That condition still exists.

I can make that statement because the same is true of the Bills in that contest. What’s not up for interpretation or bias or any bull shit is the statement I made. Going into Monday night’s game the Bills controlled their own destiny. They didn’t lose a game and yet they no longer control their own destiny. That’s unjust. If you weren’t wearing your Chiefs hat you’d be able to admit that. I’m well aware that the Bengals are getting the short end of the stick here as well. You’re very defensive on this because you know in your heart of hearts the Chiefs have been handed a gift they haven’t earned. They’ve struggled recently to beat the Texans and Broncos twice. They aren’t playing great football. And yet the one seed has landed in their lap as long as they can beat Jarret Stidham on a team that has packed in and is playing out the string trying to get to the golf course.

Not really. I said that the Chiefs aren’t playing great football right now and that’s evident in their recent struggles having close games with two dead teams - Broncos (twice) and the Texans.
Err, last I checked the best record gets the number one seed. There was already a rule in place when teams don't finish games, and the league totally disregarded it. Sorry you wanna coddle the Bills because of a tragic situation. I get it. But once again, the rule was in place...
I just want a fair outcome. I’m an Eagles fan. So why would I be coddling the Bills? Obviously, I’m pulling for my team the Eagles. Truth be told, propping up the Chiefs is ideal for the Eagles. There’s much more to worry about prior to the Eagles playing the Super Bowl. They have to earn the trip and that won’t be easy. But thinking ahead, the Eagles matchup much better with the Chiefs than they do the Bengals and the Bills. Those team actually have live defenses with talent. The Chiefs and Spags are subpar. The Chiefs can’t run and hide because of that defense. That’s why they have played so many one score games despite having arguably the best offense in the league. It’s why the Chiefs have lost to every good team they’ve played this year sans the Niners when CMC was only on the team for 2-3 days prior to the contest.
Whatever Tito wants...and my guess is he wants nothing to do with him.
And this matters why? A team playing shitty football but gets a better record STILL gets top seed, amirite...?
