I kinda wonder what the Raiders record would be if Stidham started the season instead of Carr, I feel a lot of the game plan revolved around Carr being a high caliber QB which hasn’t really panned out and they probably would have made Jacobs more of the focal point of their offense with Stidham managing the game or however you want to put it.

Their record probably would be around the same but I was just random braining.

As many have said, McD is probably their biggest problem.

I wasn't talking about midseason. They won't make any changes until the offseason or else Woods would already be gone. They will wait to see how it works with Watson and I'm sure at season end if it comes down to it they will ask Watson what he thinks of Stefanski. As far as Woods, he should know he is gone and if he isn't...this team is fucked.

To be clear, I am not out on Stefanski. I want to see him with Watson but I think if he wants to be a better HC he needs to hire an OC. Bielemy wants an upgrade his next gig is a head coaching position
