The Raiders were in trouble the moment they hired Josh McDaniels. His dad is an Ohio high school coaching legend. But Josh is a lousy HC. McD's a damn good coordinator. But as a coach I put him in the same coaching tier as Hue Jackson. What's funny is when he was HC in Denver he wasted a 1st round pick on Tebow.

The Raiders were in trouble the moment they hired Josh McDaniels. His dad is an Ohio high school coaching legend. McD's a damn good coordinators. But as a coach I put him in the same coaching tier as Hue Jackson. What's funny is when he was HC in Denver he wasted a 1st round pick on Tebow.

Yeah I remember he was the Denver coach when Tebow was drafted in the 20’s; I was very very surprised he was a first rounder, heart only gets you so far as a QB in Pro Football, you need a solid throwing motion also among other things that he did not possess.

I remember reading articles about them having to adjust the playbook for Tebow a lot,
which is not unheard of but it couldn’t make up for the skill he just frankly didn’t have.

And then there was him trying for Jags TE, that was just a lul.
