Woods was the DC on the big 4th down stops, right? and not the reason for the INT nor 2 missed FGs.

Tackling was pretty bad but sometimes that is the players. a number of people deserve blame for this one
Did you watch the first 58 mins? The scheme is not working, it just isn’t. Bend but don’t break doesn’t work. The experiment is over. Apparently he doesn’t teach fundamentals either, whenever these types of players are missing on easy fundamentals I go back to coaching.
Ohio St revamped their defense coaches and it has made a difference. The Browns need to do the same. That was the obvious difference in this one. Woods had way too many chances. Not sure I can watch another game with these defensive performances.

Yep A LOT to blame for that one. I mention Woods more bc the Browns have a talented defense and yet they continue to look like one of the worst defenses, that just can’t happen. Stefanski is still a nice playcaller imo but he does make questionable calls that make us scratch our head. We know why Brissett is a backup, his decision-making at the end of games is bad but I can’t complain about about anything else from him. York? What happened? He didn’t test the wind in pregame or at half?
100% agree with that.

I did question why not Chubb when we were pretty much in FG range but Hunt is kind of good and way this kid kicks distance doesn't even matter that much. He's as likely to miss from 40.

Love football and by far my favorite sport but this team is so hard to watch and I'd much rather watch the Tribe. Complete opposite.

They looked good when they were up, 14-0.
The script was ok but the stuff off of it has been lacking. Murray has all day to throw vs zone. It’s a long season. These guys need to be challenged and have to win halftime adjustments. Arizona has been a 2H team.

Watched the entire game. Bend but don't break was not a choice by the DC. I mean, even on the long run there were missed tackles. But they did come through to hold to a FG. didn't really bend much at all on the 2 drives stopped on 4th down (Woods was the DC for those plays, too).

If they fire him not like I'll lose sleep but I'd say our D played as well as theirs, especially considering we had our backup QB.

Make a couple kicks and no one is talking about it.

WTF did my brother and father turn me into a Browns' fan?

In the Browns' forums (and maybe here) most will blame the guy they don't like. Blame the coach guy will blame the coach.

Stefanski does deserve some blame as no idea why Hunt on last drive and no Chubb in FG range. That said, not even sure how much it mattered. Distance doesn't really matter for this kicker. Seems as likely he could miss from 40-45 as he would 54.

DC deserves some blame, too, I'm sure but one thing I don't blame a DC for is poor tackling and there was a lot of that. Did make a couple huge 4th down stops.

Hate to blame Brissett as overall he has played better than expected but WTF was that INT? Clear path for a 1st down (or TD).

another example of one thing changing entire narrative. York makes the kick (like he did week 1) and the above hardly gets a mention and Staley would be getting crushed for going for it.

I hate everyone.

Based on what I just heard on the radio while running some errands, they're crushing Staley for it anyway. lol

another "so Browns" is the kicker we got rid of goes 4-4 with 2 over 50, I believe. York needs to get it together quick and not let this get in his head.

And they got the red hot Cowboys next week. That defense is for real.

How much longer can they hold on to Cooper Rush? He got to be elsewhere starting next season imo

10 of 16 for 102 yards. They are winning because of running the ball and their defense.

Not like he is out there winning games by himself.

I mean, many people (likely you) do repost bad takes by him (and others). Own it and move on.

To be fair kind of reminds me when Wiggy took shit for saying Miami would not go far in the bubble playoffs when even their own fans agreed. In this case, doubt many saw the Tribe even finishing at .500. I didn't.

Ummm.

No, I don’t do that.

I might bring it up in response to him. But I sure as hell am not reposting his garbage posts over and over again. And he has A LOT.

There are multiple posters who bring his stuff up often. I don’t even think I am top 3 in that regard.

But, you can bet he is going to go out of his way to pull up an old post every time I get something wrong because I am in his head that badly.

And that is the ultimate irony.

He didn’t think they would be anywhere near this good either or he would have bet me.

He is playing mistake free football and hitting the big throws when needed
