I didn't make any absurd statements. It would be a shame if you were to have to "take one for the team" after a win like that because you kept making shit up looking for an argument.

Just wondering what exactly is he making up?

No one sad it was "run of the mill". You can stop making shit up.
you kind of did. You can stop saying I'm making shit up when I am completely on point. Or keep digging the hole if you prefer. Your comments were absurd. And funny.

No one said it was a "run of the mill" win. No one made "absurd comments". He's doing his usual bullshit trying to start arguments.

Nothing. Feel free to read his pregame comments on Baker and what he thought he needed to do (even under the circumstances) then form your own opinion.

No, I kind of didn't. You really want to continue your bullshit?

did you say the exact phrase "run of the mill"? Nope...but you referenced we would use everything that went on with the Browns as an excuse if they lost or he did not play well.

It was comical and I thank you.

Okay thanks for the answer. It was easier to ask than going through comments.

If they were the same as yesterday's I agree with him. But like I just said in comment # 2,187 I'm not going back and reading a bunch of comments.

Not trying to stir things up. But if you're so sure of what you're saying can you post the comments you're talking about?

Mayfield proved a lot last night. That was a big step in the right direction for him. Before last night it was very reasonable to question him. But he should have silenced most of his doubters (like me) with his performance.

Exactly. My stance has been the same. Baker needed to play well, despite the circumstances because it would show that he is a true franchise qb. He absolutely showed himself to be that caliber last night.

He looked like the vet and Big Ben looked like the young, struggling qb last night.

Totally agree. That Heinicke was damn impressive for what I imagine what was expected of him.

Not a lot.

There is momentum building for him to have the inside track to be our starter next year.

Have to sign him first, but I think pretty good chance that happens.

Due to the dysfunction of Freddie from last year before this season started I thought 8-8 would have been a good season for the Browns.

If Frat-boy Freddie was the coach Browns would have lost double digit games without question. And beating the Steelers in their own backyard in the playoffs felt so great.

Growing up Browns/Steelers was a helluva rivalry. I miss those days. Winning 3 of the last 4 against the Steelers is hopefully a sign that my favorite NFL rivalry will once again become relevant.

Yeah it would just be crazy to list that they overcame anything in the win. No HC, down many assistants, 5th string guard, 3rd string RT. Playing in a stadium team has not won in nearly 20 years.

Just a run of the mill W.

Ya gotta love this forum.

I thought the Browns had a shot against Pittsburgh and I think they match up with KC fairly well.

And call me crazy, but I think they can survive the beat up secondary if they employ the right game plan.

Playing coverage and pressuring Mahomes with the front 4 seems to be the best game plan against KC anyway.

You have to remember, if @dtgold88 disagrees with even a small part of what you are saying he declares it to be an “absurd comment”.

So there is that.

Yeah.

I would take the points there for sure.

Will be interesting though, KC may have been coasting and also could be looking to send a message.
did a lotta "playing down to their opponents" during the season. let's hope they engage playoff mode starting this Sunday...

They will turn up the intensity for sure.

2 most likely outcomes are an epic blowout for the Chiefs or a 1 possession game. I give Cleveland about a 25% chance to win.
