Chalmers need to get benched though. Cole gotta start game 4. At least when cole isn't scoring, he can be annoying defensively

Yep. Clearly starting Chalmers every game is not getting to Rio. He needs to give up his spot. Looks like Miami will be drafting a PG to replace Rio, Cole may be the starter after the playoffs.

Miami has the 3rd highest payroll at $80 million. SA is #20 at $63 million.

Bosh, Wade and LBJ are all signed to make $20 million next season. Mike Miller is next at $6.6 million, Haslem $4.6 million. Anderson $1.5 million. Cole $2 million. Hamilton $800k. Their current 2014-15 payroll is $69 million.
Bosh and Wade should take paycuts to get a better supporting cast.

No one is saying the Spurs offense is a joke, it's not. But to shoot 76% for a half set an NBA all-time record (which spans about 50 years). What people are saying, is them shooting a such a high percentage is a fluke. Not that the Spurs offense can't score.

Summary - Spurs offense good, not regularly all-time historic high good in every game.

Waiting for ignoring key statements in 3.....2......1....

Yeah, the Spurs run their offense so well and with so much precision that they sometimes just get into one of those flows (remember the 1st 2 games vs. OKC?). But 76% is just crazy. That percentage for an entire half is unlikely to happen again.

One team has wanted it more so far.

It's up to Lebron to change that moving forward.

The Spurs have 10 consecutive playoff victories by 15 or more points now.

Nobody has even come close to that mark in history.

When this offense is clicking, the overwhelm teams with their scoring touch.

Quit trying to frame the Spurs offense as a fluke.
It might be the best offense in terms of efficiency we have seen in decades.

It is the most efficient and breathtaking offense I have ever seen in franchise history
This offense is quite capable of scoring ridiculous totals when they are feeling it.

111, 110, 112, 117, 112, 122, 104, 118, 114, 116, 119, 109

That is what they scored in their last 12 playoff wins.
Sometimes they are going to go crazy.

It was not a fluke.
This years Spurs are just an extremely deep team and it allows them to keep fresh legs out on the court and maintain their efficiency at a high level horns.

MIAMI has a spectacular defense.

But, if they even let up for a minute, the Spurs can drop 35 in a quarter.

There is no fluke Spurs shooting. They have done it all playoffs.

MIAMI needs to play defense for 4 quarters. This is not the Indiana Pacers offense.

I fully believe Miami can defend and win games 95-93.
That is what Miami has to do.

But, if they let up defense, they will lose 115-95 games.

Sigh. Seriously, do you not read anything anybody writes. This is the same shit that happened last year. We all know the Spurs have a great offense, no one on this board has said that. STOP FEELING INSULTED THAT WE'RE SAYING THE SPURS DON'T HAVE A GOOD OFFENSE.

WHAT WE'RE SAYING IS THAT THE SPURS AREN'T GOING TO SHOOT 76% FOR A HALF. Popovich even stated as much.

Miami's capable of blowing out the Spurs just as much as the Spurs blew Miami out tonight. Spurs blew Miami out one game in the last series, and Miami blew the Spurs out in 2 games. Everyone knew this would be a roller coaster series. This is certainly a low for Miami and the polar opposite for the Spurs.

They have the exact same team they rolled out with last year, just Bellineli swapped for Gary Neal.

Ok, now, can you translate that to Horns.

Still waiting for horns to tell us how many times they scored 70 plus points in a half on at least 75 percent shooting. Since its not a fluke, I'm sure it happened about 10 times this season....right horns?
