There is def some bad blood between him and Gilbert lol...(Gilbert is also a know Trump supporter hosted the Republican national Convention) And Ohio is not a blue state. I think all that had part in Lebron going to LA

Gilbert wins at basically everything he does, but i guess he may have still been bitter about that letter

BTW Gilbert is now the 17th richest man in America, he better start buying some players ASAP, guy can afford it now pretty easily

The concept of a salary cap really escapes some people. Balmer's the richest owner by far in the NBA, and he still doesn't have a title.

Yup. They can sign any max player they want in 2021 with the way things are currently. So if not Giannis then maybe Kawhi

Depends on the salary cap. Miami would have to unload everybody except Jimmy, Bam and possibly Herro. Which, I'd be okay with at this point.

I suppose in a year time guys like Herro and Robinson would still be on their rookie contracts so that makes sense.

Yeah I doubt they can keep someone like Dragic unless he give them a bargain but Herro, Robinson, and Nunn will be fine and of course Jimmy and Bam. That's 5 players and possibly Giannis. Right there is already more than half of your standard NBA rotation. Finding the other guys would be easy considering they would be a legit contender
