dont you see a little kobe in kyrie?

He definitely doesn't seem to be afraid of the big moment, that's for sure. The fact that he was willing to take that game winner, in a finals game 7 no less, with Lebron on the court for him to defer to, showed a lot.

and no where did Tristan Thompson show his value more than how he was able to switch and play defense on the perimeter. That skill set is worth its weight in GOLD in todays NBA- to be a big like him and have the dual ability to be able to cover centers- but also be able to cover wings and some guards is just amazing

Thompson played amazing basketball. He was a huge part of why the Golden State Warriors failed to score 90 points on their home floor and averaged WELL under their normal regular season average scoring. That kid is worth EVERY PENNY. Put his name in ink in the lineup- give him 40 minutes and tell him to get after it and do your dirty work and you have yourself a BIG TIME winning player.

Agree 100%. I've never once criticized Kobe's work ethic. But having a great work ethic, doesn't mean he's not an arrogant prick or even very likeable.

Ready for Thursday?

Likely outcome:

A. Keep it pick Ingram

B. Trade for established player

C. Trade down for established guy and top 10 pick to take Buddy or Dunn.

D. Keep #2 and trade asset for additional lottery pick and see choice C.

was this how pathetic i looked @Mecca talking about the draft all the time? LOL ohh man....sorry bro- dont mean to rip on ya for this--- just had an out of body experience, lol.

So looking forward to IMPROVING is somehow "pathetic"...?

Don't mean to outright CLOWN you for this, but that thought's idiotic...

Remember, there's actually a TRADITION of winning here. Don't worry, we'll be back soon enough...

But NO room on our bandwagon for front runners...:dhd:

I could see just about any of those things happening depending on what's offered and asked for. I think A is most likely. If they end up trading the #2 for an established guy, it would probably mean that they have an "agreement" with a top level FA.

So, LeBron is outraged with Riley ( 2 years later) because he was told he was making a mistake, but "who am I to hold a grudge" when it comes to Gilbert?

And some clowns here actually believed any part of that letter was sincere?

It's really just a matter of when more than if, but rest assured it's coming.
He'll leave Gilbert in the worst position possible as soon as he feels he can put himself in a better situation.

Let's see if he leaves the door open tomorrow.
